Our center is equipped with a Büchi KjelMaster K-375 Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer, a state-of-the-art automated system for determining organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in solid and liquid samples. The instrument streamlines the classical Kjeldahl workflow from acid digestion to final titration, ensuring consistent and reproducible results.

What It Measures
